[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] STAYC re-enacts TWICE's iconic song.

STAYC will release the remake of Twice's 'FANCY' through the exclusive program 'Spotify Singles' on the music streaming platform Spotify on at 1pm on the 15th.

STAYC added an R&B style with prominent vocals to the electro-pop song "FANCY" and gave it a different appeal with a slower tempo than the original song. In particular, 'FANCY' was the STAYC members' favorite song before debut and was one of the songs they practiced together during their time as trainees. This remake is a journey full of memories for STAYC.
STAYC said: "We are happy to be able to sing our own version of our beloved song through our partnership with Spotify. We have loved and respected TWICE since their debut, and ' FANCY' gave us many memories of our time as trainees." This campaign allows us to share our memories as artists and K-pop fans,” they said.

STAYC currently has approximately 2.57 million monthly listeners on Spotify. In addition, in the '2022 Year-End Summary', the K-pop girl group with the most airplays ranked 10th.

Spotify Singles is part of a campaign to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut studio album "K-Pop ON!" by Spotify. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of K-Pop ON this time, Spotify is releasing a digital music cover of songs by senior artists that made Kpop juniors interested in Kpop with the theme My First K-Pop Crush.
