[The Fact｜Reporter Park Ji Yoon] Daesung, a member of group BIGBANG, will hold a live tour in Japan for the first time in about 7 years.
His R&D company announced on the 26th, "Daesung will hold the tour 'D-LITE JAPAN TOUR 2024 "D's IS ME"' starting from April 2024."
Daesung's live tour will be held from April 14 to May 31 with 35 performances in 10 cities including Kawasaki, Japan, Kobe, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Kurasaki, Nagoya, Hiroshima and Osaka.
Daesung is expected to captivate local audiences not only with his diverse performance list showing off everything he enjoys with his tour titled 'D's IS ME', but also this special performance. The distinction showcases his vast musical range.
Previously, Daesung held his talk show and live solo tour in Japan 'Dな SHOW Vol.2' in August. Although this was his first time touring in about six years, he sold out all of his shows, proving his unwavering popularity.
Daesung's first solo tour in Japan in 2013 swept through arenas and arcades, attracting up to 200,000 spectators. Additionally, as they boast a brilliant career with 'Dな SHOW Vol. 1', the largest number of performances in 18 cities, 41 times, attention is focusing on what kind of record they will leave behind in this live tour.
Daesung is meeting the audience as the host of MBN's entertainment program 'Active Singer'. In addition, he is working hard by participating in the OST for tvN's 'Unexpected Business in California 3' 'If I Go to Naseong' and releasing the special single "Flow".
