DOD general entertainment company, announced on the 21st: "We have established 'BTOB Company' to cooperate with the activities of BTOB members Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lim Hyunsik and Peniel." The members are expected to actively participate in new activities through BTOB Company in the future.
Previously, BTOB Company recently conducted smooth discussions with Cube Entertainment, the former management company, regarding the use of the group's BTOB brand. During this process, an agreement was reached regarding the use of trademark rights so that activities could continue under the existing group name BTOB.
BTOB Company promised: "We will wholeheartedly support Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lim Hyunsik and Peniel so that they can continue to pursue diverse activities in many different fields."
