New season returns with ‘Zico’s Artist’

[The FactㅣReporter Saetbyeol Kim] ‘The Seasons’ returns with singer and producer Zico.

On the 16th, KBS announced a new beginning by unveiling the new title 'Zico's Artist' for the late-night music talk show 'The Seasons' through social media. Starting with 'Jay Park's Drive' in February of last year, 'Choi Jung-hoon's Park at Night', 'Akmu's One Day and Five Nights', and 'Lee Hyori's Red Carpet' are followed by 'Zico's Artist'.

Previously, 'The Seasons' was the first KBS late-night music talk show to adopt a season system, and musicians with different charms served as MCs and presented diverse stages and stories.

Last March, KBS revealed that Zico would be the MC for the next season following Lee Hyo-ri, raising the curiosity of many viewers about what the title of this season will be.

The fifth season's title, 'Artist', is the title song of Zico's second mini album released in 2017. This is a representative song that solidified Zico's position as a solo singer by embodying his unique personality and self-producing ability.

Accordingly, as in the lyrics "We are Artist," it contains the ambition to create a music party on Friday night where all musicians and viewers can become artists and enjoy themselves.

Zico plans to achieve 'chemistry' with various artists based on the broad understanding and communication of various music genres that he has accumulated over the 13 years since his debut. 'The Seasons - Zico's Artist' will be recorded for the first time on the 23rd and aired for the first time at 10 PM on the 26th.
