[The FactㅣReporter Kim Saet-byeol] Ari, a member of the Tahiti, apologized after announcing her marriage to Super Junior's Ryeowook.
Ari recently posted a long message on her SNS, saying, "I have warm news to share at the end of May this coming spring," and that she will marry Ryeowook.
She said, “I am now planning to become family with someone who has been with me for a long time,” and added, “I would like to thank everyone who has supported, understood, and encouraged me so far.”
At the same time, Ari added, "On the one hand, I feel sorry for those who were hurt by our decision."
In response, Ari promised, "So from now on, I will act with more responsibility, protect my family with caution so that you do not have any concerns, and live well while being considerate of you."
Ryeowook and Ari acknowledged their relationship in September 2020 and are now in a public relationship. Last March, Ryeowook announced the news of his marriage through a handwritten letter. At the time, Ryeowook said, "As you all know, I have a friend that I am dating," and "During the time we spent together, I naturally developed a desire to become another family with him. It was not a sudden decision, but I had been thinking about it for a long time and I am working with the members and the company. “After a long discussion, we will be getting married at the end of May this spring.”
According to Ryeowook's agency SM Entertainment, they will get married on the 26th. Ryeowook decided to hold the wedding privately out of consideration for the bride.
Ryeowook, who debuted as a member of Super Junior in 2005, worked in the units Super Junior-M, Super Junior-K.R.Y, and as a solo singer. He also participated in various works as a musical actor.
Ari, who is seven years younger than Ryeowook, debuted in Tahiti in 2012 and turned into an actor after the group disbanded in 2018. Her last activity was season 2 of the musical ‘Around Thirty’ in 2019.
