'Fan N Star', a website that provides idol ranking votes, is holding a surprise support event starting the 17th to celebrate Super Junior Leeteuk's birthday. It is a global fandom project where advertisements celebrating his birthday are posted in various places.

The success of Leeteuk's birthday celebration project is confirmed by the number of rainbow stars (can be collected on the website) donated by fans. If more than 20,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory advertisement will be held.

When the number of stars reaches 55,000, a congratulatory video will be shown on the CM board at Hapjeong Station of the Seoul Subway. When 50,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory video will be displayed on the Shinjuku Shin-Okubo digital display board in Tokyo, Japan.
