[The Fact | [Reporter Gong Mina] In ‘Day and Night She Is Different’, Eunji will depict the growth of a 8th year public examination student.

In an interview released by the production team of JTBC's new Saturday-Sunday drama 'Day and Night She Is Different' (written by Park Ji-ha, directed by Lee Hyeong-min and Choi Seon-min) on the 20th, Jeong Eun-ji said, "I think the identity of this drama is 'Mijin's growth.'" She expressed her feelings about taking on the role of Lee Mi-jin.

‘Day and Night She Is Different’ is a comedy drama that depicts what happens when Lee Mi-jin (played by Jeong Eun-ji), a civil service exam student in her 20s, transforms into Lim Soon (played by Lee Jeong-eun), who is in her 50s during the day. In the play, Jeong Eun-ji plays the role of Lee Mi-jin, an unemployed woman in her 8th year of civil service exams, and burns the night as a youth in her 20s suffering from difficulties in getting a job.

Jeong Eun-ji, who met viewers for the first time after two years with 'Day and Night She Is Different' said, "When I first saw the synopsis, I was intrigued by the fantasy subject of one person's day and night being different, and I experienced a magical moment in the life of a person named Lee Mi-jin. “I was curious to see how it would grow,” she said, explaining why she chose the work.

Jeong Eun-ji described the character Lee Mi-jin as, "Because she struggled for a long time to find a job, she has lived within the confines of her family for a long time, and perhaps she is like a child who has only grown up around her body." She also set the MBTI of Lee Mi-jin's character, Eun-ji Jeong, to ENFP and nicknamed her a 'versatile activist' and a 'affectionate squid.' She then introduced her character as, "She lives stubbornly and cannot tolerate injustice, but she is weak towards the weak. She is an arrogant and meddlesome 'all-rounder' and a 'sweet-natured squid.'"

Jeong Eun-ji said the highlight of the work was, “Like the title suggests, it will be fun to watch ‘Day and Night She Is Different.’” “I think it will be fun to just feel the flow of how Mi-jin is lovingly growing up. I think it will be fun, too.” “We are looking forward together,” he said.

Lee Mi-jin does not let go of the book in her hand at any moment, igniting her passion for learning, while at the same time strengthening her will, saying, 'I will never stop.' Jin's eagerness can be seen in Jin's eyes as he prepares for the interview, and curiosity rises as to whether Jin will be able to successfully find a job.

Because of her extreme job stress, Lee Mi-jin is experiencing rapid aging every morning as she approaches her 30th year. Accordingly, expectations are growing for Jeong Eun-ji's performance in expressing the gap between Lee Mi-jin, who is trapped in the cycle of aging and rejuvenation.
