On the 30th, the agency JYP Entertainment announced to the N-Mix fan community, "The NMixx Shinhan University Festival stage sound incident was an event to enhance the atmosphere of the festival site, and the contents were shared with the organizers and event-related sound sources were used."

They continued, "In order to create a natural atmosphere, we did not share this information with NMixx members in advance. We apologize for not taking into account the fact that the audience and fans may experience confusion and inconvenience due to this event." They apologized.

Nmixx appeared on the Shinhan University festival stage on the 27th. While performing the single album 'DICE' released in September 2022, an acoustic accident occurred where the MR suddenly stopped, but they received favorable reviews for showing an excellent unaccompanied live performance.
