[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong Geun] Min Hee Jin still holds the position of CEO of ADOR but loses a close associate, holding a second press conference.
On the 31st, a spokesperson for Ms. Min Hee Jin - ADOR executive director, announced: "Ms. Min Hee Jin's second press conference will be held this afternoon at the location in Seoul." After the first press conference on the 25th of last month, after about 5 weeks, special attention was paid to Min Hee Jin's status after being reappointed to the position of executive director of ADOR.
The day before, Civil Courtroom No. 50 of the Seoul Central Court, under the direction of judge Kim Sang Hoon, cited the application to block voting rights that Ms. Min filed against Hybe, with the argument that concluding that "To date, the reasons or grounds for dismissal or resignation proposed by Hybe have not been fully substantiated." Accordingly, at ADOR's temporary shareholder meeting that took place that morning, Ms. Min's reappointment was confirmed.
However, two of the board members believed to be associates of Ms. Min were fired, and instead, three candidates nominated by Hybe were appointed as new members of the board.
In this context, attention is focused on Ms. Min's live speech soon after. She created a wave of positive reactions with her unsparing revelations about Hybe at her first press conference last month. It seems likely that she will give her views on the interim shareholders' meeting in her second press conference.
