[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong Geun] BlackPink Lisa will release her first new song after leaving YG for solo activities on June 28th.

On the 18th, Lisa officially announced the new single "ROCKSTAR '' through the official Instagram account of the company she founded LLoud Company, and confirmed her return. "ROCKSTAR'' will be released simultaneously on global music websites at 9 a.m on the 28th of this month (KST).

This is the first new song Lisa released after leaving YG Entertainment for solo activities, after establishing LLoud Company last February. After that, LLoud Company signed a partnership with RCA Records, a label under the management of Sony Music, creating conditions for Lisa to release this new single.

Before returning with a new music work, Lisa opened an account on the short video platform TikTok and announced the first teaser, attracting enthusiastic attention from fans. The account reached over a million followers within just two hours of being opened.

Lisa has received great love not only through Blackpink's activities but also through her solo career. The title songs "LALISA" and "Money" from the single released in September 2021 both reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and UK Official Singles Top 100.
