The work is a drama depicting the fierce battle of people with no exit surrounding the life of Kim Gook-ho (played by Yoo Jae-myeong), a notoriously violent criminal, as a public murder contract worth 20 billion won is committed.

Lee Kwang-soo plays Yoon Chang-jae, a butcher who targets violent criminal Kim Gook-ho to collect the murder reward. Yoon Chang-jae is at the center of the initial incident as the first victim of the roulette game played by 'The Masked Man'. Afterwards, he jumps into a public murder contract aiming for a large sum of money at stake on the life of Kim Kuk-ho, the second target of the roulette game.
