[The Fact | [Reporter Gong Mina] Girl group Blackpink will hold a fansign event to celebrate their 8th debut anniversary.

On the 19th, Blackpink announced on Weverse that they will hold a fansign event to celebrate their 8th anniversary of debut on the 8th of next month.

This fansign event invites 88 fans who best express their love for Blackpink in their own way, such as photos or stories containing memories of Blackpink.

Blackpink debuted at YG Entertainment on August 8, 2016 and left behind numerous hit songs such as ‘Boombayah’, ‘Whistle’, and ‘Playing with Fire’.

They all renewed their contracts as a group with YG Entertainment last year, but are continuing their solo activities. Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa established a one-person agency, and Rosé signed an exclusive contract with The Black Label, headed by producer Teddy, who has been with Blackpink since their debut.

BLACKPINK will also release a movie titled ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR -BORN PINK- IN CINEMAS’, which contains the live performance of the world tour, on the 31st of next month. This film is screened in over 100 countries around the world.
