[The FactㅣReporter Soobin Choi] Blackpink Rosé is contributing to Season 2 of ‘Pachinko’.

On the 23rd, Apple TV+ released the trailer for Season 2 of the new original series 'Pachinko' (written by Sue Hue, directed by Ryan Welham). The video included Blackpink Rosé's reinterpretation of the band Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida', adding to the anticipation of the work.

'Pachinko' is a story that begins with forbidden love and travels between Japan and the United States, depicting unforgettable stories about war and peace, love and separation, victory and judgment. It chronicles the hopes and dreams of a Korean immigrant family who had to leave their hometown during an era of oppression, spanning four generations.

The trailer is set in Osaka in 1945 and features the reunion of Seon-ja (played by Kim Min-ha) and Han-soo (played by Lee Min-ho) as well as the actors who appeared in Season 2, including Kim Seong-gyu. Here, Rosé's reinterpretation of 'Viva La Vida' is used as music, drawing attention. 'Viva La Vida', sung by Rosé, is not only used in the trailer, but is also included as the ending song for the final episode of 'Pachinko' Season 2, leaving a lasting impression.

'Pachinko' Season 2 consists of a total of 8 episodes and will be released once every Friday starting August 23rd.
