[The Fact|Reporter Park Ji-yoon] Girl group NewJeans once again proved its global influence.
American pop culture magazine Variety released the “Young Hollywood Impact Report 2024” on August 7 (local time), and NewJeans (Minji, Hani, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) was the only K-pop girl group on the list, attracting attention.
Variety paid attention to the records NewJeans achieved on American Billboard and the world's largest music streaming platform, Spotify. The magazine also highlighted the group's partnerships with global brands such as Coca-Cola and Apple, and commented that "NewJeans is the undisputed top K-pop group".
Previously, NewJeans released the double single album 'How Sweet' in May and the Japanese debut single album 'Supernatural' in June, actively promoting between Korea and Japan.
