S.Coups and Carats Expand Their Positive Influence with Charity.

[The Fact|Reporter Park Ji-yun] Seventeen S.Coups made a charitable gesture on his birthday.
On August 8, animal rescue organization Weact announced, "S.Coups, who was connected to us through his sponsorship of an illegal breeding farm in Hwaseong last year, donated 30 million won on his birthday, in the name of himself and Carats (fandom name)." The money will be used to cover the treatment costs for severely injured animals that Weact recently rescued, as well as for future cases of abuse.
Weact said, "S.Coups has shown the concern of many Carats around the world for abused dogs thanks to his support last year. We will work hard to spread the positive influence of S.Coups." According to Weact, S.Coups' donation helped the organization pay for unpaid hospital bills.
Previously, S.Coups has continuously carried out charity activities. Seventeen members, including S.Coups, donated 13 goats to children in Tanzania, Africa after receiving the first payment in 2016. In addition, S.Coups has donated to Weact as well as relief funds for earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria, and the animal protection organization "Angels' Nest."
Seventeen, S.Coups' group, will perform as the headliner at "Lollapalooza Berlin" taking place at Olympia Stadium in Berlin, Germany on September 8 and open for "SEVENTEEN 'RIGHT HERE' WORLD TOUR" at Goyang Stadium Complex from October 12 to 13.
