On the 21st, agency YG Entertainment announced, "2NE1's additional Seoul concert ticket sales will begin at 8 PM today on Interpark Ticket."

Through this ticket sales, you can purchase tickets for the October 4th concert. Unlike the fan club pre-sale that took place the day before, anyone can purchase tickets freely.
