[THE FACT | Reporter Oh Seung-hyeok] JO1, formed through 'Produce 101 Japan', won the 'TMA Popularity Award' at the '2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS (TMA)'.
JO1 proved to be a key player in successful global localization by winning the 'TMA Popularity Award' at the '2024 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS' hosted by <THE FACT> and organized by FAN N STAR and FEELINGVIVE at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Osaka, Japan on the afternoon of the 8th.
After receiving the award, JO1 went up on stage and said, "I'm really happy to receive such a great award and I think it's all thanks to you," and expressed his gratitude by saying, "Get plenty of sleep and eat well," and leading the response from the fans.

The 'TMA Popularity Award' was selected through a popularity vote targeting artists attending the '2024 THE FACT Music Awards'. The candidates were Kim Jaejoong, ITZY, JO1, WOO!AH!, aespa, NiziU, Kep1er, NewJeans, &TEAM, xikers, KISS OF LIFE, n.SSign, EVNNE, YOUNG POSSE, TWS, NCT WISH, UNIS, NEXZ, and 18 other teams, fiercely competing.
Voting was conducted through Fan N Star, a comprehensive idol service operated by online comprehensive media outlet The Fact. In order to select a fair 'TMA Popularity Award', The Fact used three methods: 'Daily Star', 'Rainbow Star', and 'Video Voting' where you can participate by watching video ads.
