[The Fact| Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] Girl group LE SSERAFIM has once again entered the Billboard Hot 100 with a new song.
On the 9th (local time), American music media Billboard announced through its official SNS that the title song 'CRAZY' by Le Seraphim (Kim Chae-won, Sakura, Heo Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun-chae) is the 4th mini album ranked 76th on the Main Song Chart Hot 100. This is the highest ranking on the Hot 100 among the songs released by a K-pop girl group this year.
Notably, LE SSERAFIM not only stayed on the Hot 100 for two consecutive years, starting with 'EASY' released in February and ending with 'CRAZY', but also demonstrated its maturity by rising from 99th to 76th.
'CRAZY' was streamed more than 3.36 million times in one week based on Spotify's 'US Weekly Songs', the main Hot 100 statistics agency, setting a new record for the most weekly streams among the group's songs of all time. This is an increase of more than 16% compared to the highest weekly view count of 2.89 million set by the previous work 'EASY'.
LE SSERAFIM will perform on stage before the '2024 MTV Video Music Awards', which will be held at UBS Arena in New York, USA at 6:30 pm on the 11th (7:30 am on the 12th, KST).
