[The Fact | Reporter Gong Mina] Group ILLIT will release a new album after 7 months.
On the 23rd, their agency Belift Lab announced, "ILLIT will release their second mini album 'I'LL LIKE YOU' on October 21 at 6 PM and hold a fan showcase two days later on the 23rd at 7 PM."
If the debut album 'SUPER REAL ME' contained 'my true self', the new album 'I'LL LIKE YOU' is the second story of being instantly immersed. The agency explained, "Through the new album, ILLIT will show the straightforward charm of meeting someone she wants to be close to and worrying about, but honestly running towards finding their own answer."
ILLIT's new album comes about 7 months after her first mini-album 'SUPER REAL ME' released in March. They are the first girl group introduced by Belift Lab and swept domestic and international charts as soon as they debuted in March. 'SUPER REAL ME' entered the Billboard 200, Billboard's main chart in the US, and the title song 'Magnetic' entered Billboard's 'Hot 100' and the UK's 'Official Single Top 100'.
Also, 'Magnetic' was ranked as the most streamed overseas K-pop song released in the first half of 2024 on Spotify, and recently surpassed 400 million streams.
Meanwhile, 'I'LL LIKE YOU' pre-order sales began at 10 AM on the 23rd.
