Video trailer for new album 'GOLD' released

[The Fact | Editor Jeong Byeong-geun] Girl group ITZY kicked off the comeback with a colorful video trailer for their new music that shows off each member's personality.
ITZY (Yuna, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, Lia, Yeji) will release a new mini album titled 'GOLD' on October 15. On October 13, the group announced the track list and comeback schedule on their official SNS channels, and at 0:00 on September 30, they opened the video trailer, promising a special album with a meaningful message.
In the video, the five members showed off their own worlds. Yeji created a doll with her own unique style, while Ryujin enjoyed a midsummer Christmas. Lia happily looked at the shoes she chose, while Chaeryeong showed a unique and unexpected perspective through miniature models. Youngest member Yuna expressed her emotions through dynamic acting moves.
At the end of the video, the slogan 'OUR WORLD IS STILL DIFFERENT' appeared on the upside-down screen, raising curiosity about the concept of the new album.
ITZY will debut two title tracks 'GOLD' and 'Imaginary Friend' for the first time. In addition, the album also includes 'Bad Girls R Us', 'Supernatural', 'FIVE', and 'VAY' (Feat. Stray Kids' Changbin).
Notably, this album also includes the 5-member version of the title track 'UNTOUCHABLE' and the songs 'BORN TO BE', 'Mr. Vampire', 'Dynamite', 'Escalator' from the previous album 'BORN TO BE', which was previously released by only 4 members due to Lia's temporary hiatus due to health reasons. ITZY will hold a countdown livestream to celebrate the release of their new album at 5 p.m. on October 15 and officially meet fans on November 2. After successfully completing their second world tour 'BORN TO BE' with 32 performances in 28 locations, ITZY has proven their talent on stage again, and everyone is looking forward to their splendid comeback.
