Mun Hwa Young] 100 boys take on the challenge of forming a global idol group.
On the 27th, through the official website,
the production team of JTBC's audition program 'Project 7' released the
profiles of 100 contestants who had overcome the fierce competition. According
to the production team, the number of visitors that gathered at the same time
and the phenomenon of the homepage crashing for a moment proved their
popularity.
'Project 7' breaks away from the
perspective of an observer in which viewers only participate by voting and uses
the concept of 'building' and 'strengthening' by selecting contestants for each
round from the first vote, forming a new team, and developing their favorite
participants through this process.
The 100 contestants announced they wore
white shirts, navy blue ties, and neat hoodies. They showed off their
determined and ambitious 'boyfriend charm' when they auditioned by posing for
ID photos as if they were taking an exam.
Contestants of different nationalities and
ages are said to have unimaginable abilities. Viewers will have a unique
experience by choosing, building, and strengthening their 'favorite members'
among contestants from seven countries.
The production team said, "A large
number of participants with unexpected and surprising skills have appeared. We
believe that the best global idol group will be born. We ask viewers to build
and strengthen together to create a new global K-idol idol group that can take
the world by storm."
'Project 7' will perform its first stage at
the 7th live performance of 'Best Baseball Tournament' held at Gocheok Sky Dome
on September 29. The first broadcast can be watched on October 18 at 8:50 p.m.
