They continued, "Many of the defendants have been identified and are being investigated," and "Recently, for two cases (insult, etc.), the charges were additionally confirmed, and the prosecution's final decision was made that the probation office would suspend prosecution with conditions for completing education, and that there would be no right to prosecute due to the death of the suspect."
They also said, "In the past, in dozens of cases where the suspect was confirmed to be a minor, there were cases where the case was closed through the submission of a letter of reflection after the parents' confirmation, and in cases where adults were punished with fines and suspended prosecution," and promised, "We will continue to respond strongly without any leniency, and we will do our best to protect our artists."
