[The Fact | Reporter Byung-geun] Jennie (BLACKPINK) will release her first solo album.
On January 22, the management company OA Entertainment (ODDATELIER) announced: “Jennie will release her first solo album titled Ruby on March 7. The album will include 15 songs of various genres, including the single Mantra released in October last year. This will be a product that affirms Jennie's endless musical ability."
According to the management company, the album Ruby will include collaborative songs with famous global artists such as Childish Gambino, Doechii, Dominic Fike, Dua Lipa, FKJ and Kali Uchis.
Previously, Jennie reached No. 1 on the iTunes Top Song chart in 47 countries/territories, including the US, Brazil, Singapore, Philippines and Mexico, right after releasing Mantra. She also entered the main US Billboard Hot 100 chart for two consecutive weeks (positions 98 and 99).
Jennie has devoted a lot of effort to preparing for her first full-length album, and fans are looking forward to what this comeback will bring and what successes it will achieve.
In addition, Jennie will also perform at America's largest music festival Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, taking place on the 13th and 14th of June. April 20 in Indio, California.
