Lim Young-woong took first place with 33,794,081 votes in the 'Fan N Star' 4th week of February solo ranking vote held from the 24th to the 3rd. Young Tak took second place with 8,389,705 votes, and BTS V took third place with 7,285,199 votes.

'Fan N Star' will show a congratulatory video on the N Square billboard at Hongdae Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul when an artist takes first place for 10 consecutive weeks in the solo ranking. Also, if an artist takes first place for 30 consecutive weeks, a wall-wrapping advertisement will be aired at Hongdae Station, and if an artist takes first place for 50 consecutive weeks, the news will be announced at the Chandelier at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil. If an artist takes first place for 70 consecutive weeks, the congratulatory message will be sent to the Hong Kong 26W billboard, the Paris billboard, France, and if an artist takes first place for 100 consecutive weeks, the congratulatory message will be sent to the Goyang Starfield Media Tower billboard.

Along with the news of Lim Young-woong's first place, fans who participated in the vote sent congratulatory messages to the official 'Fan N Star' text message box. Nickname 'Jjuen' said, "I love Lim Young-woong."
