[The Fact | Reporter Park Ji-yoon] BTS's J-Hope has successfully wrapped up his North America tour.
On April 7 (Korean time), J-Hope wrapped up his North America tour with a performance of "j-hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ in LOS ANGELES" at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, USA.
This tour spanned 6 cities including Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland and Los Angeles with a total of 12 shows, attracting approximately 178,000 audiences – once again affirming J-Hope's strong appeal and influence in the international market.
Notably, J-Hope became the first K-pop solo artist to perform at BMO Stadium – which created a huge attraction even before the show took place. On the stage of the new song “Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)”, the surprise appearance of male singer Miguel – who featured in the song – made the audience explode.
Opening the show, J-Hope sent a warm greeting to the fans who filled the audience and performed songs that clearly expressed his identity and personal stories such as “What if…”, “Pandora’s Box”, “Arson”, “Hope World”…
Next, he stirred up the stage with a vibrant performance with the dance troupe through the songs “MIC DROP + Baepsae + 병” and “Chicken Noodle Soup (feat. Becky G)”. With “on the street (solo version)” and “NEURON (feat. Gaeko, Yoon Mi Rae)”, he also interacted intimately with the fans, creating a warm and emotional atmosphere.
