NCT WISH (consisting of members Sion, Riku, Yushi, Sakuya, Ryo, Jaehui) will release their second mini album ‘Poppop’ at 6 p.m. on April 14. According to the announcement from the management company SM Entertainment, as of April 13, the number of pre-orders for this album has exceeded 1.21 million copies, much higher than the 800,000 pre-orders for the first mini album 'Steady' released in September last year.
Since their debut in February last year, NCT WISH has made great strides. With products including the debut single 'WISH', the second single 'Songbird' and the first mini album 'Steady', the group has quickly built a large fan base, reaching nearly 2 million copies sold in just three albums. With this growth momentum, the group is expected to continue to make a strong breakthrough with the million-copy milestone for the first time in their career.

The title track ‘poppop’ is a bright, energetic dance pop song by NCT WISH. The song combines a catchy melody, thick bass sounds, and vibrant drum beats and synth effects, bringing a lively and engaging musical experience. The song’s lyrics describe the feeling of being in love – the feeling that every familiar scene suddenly becomes new just because of that person.
At 4:30 p.m. on April 14 (KST), NCT WISH will hold a countdown livestream on its official YouTube channel and TikTok to interact with global fans, share about the new album, behind-the-scenes stories, and upcoming activities.
