On April 18, Base Camp Company said, “Cha Tae-hyun and Jo In-sung, who are seniors and juniors and close friends, have established a new company together based on a strong relationship of trust that has lasted for over 20 years, opening a new journey.”
The name Base Camp Company represents Cha Tae-hyun and Jo In-sung’s wish: just as every mountain climbing or journey of discovery requires a solid base to start from, the company will become a stable foundation that supports artists and walks with them on their career path.
The company is made up of experienced staff who have been with the two actors since the beginning of their careers or at least for the past 7-8 years. Based on the foundation of mutual trust built over a long period of time, Cha Tae-hyun and Jo In-sung and their team are committed to continuing their new journey together, bringing quality works to the audience.
Currently, Cha Tae-hyun is appearing in tvN's entertainment program Handsome Guys, while Jo In-sung has just completed filming two movies Hope and Humint. With a new start at Base Camp Company, both are attracting attention for their next steps in their careers.
