Weekly idol ranking website Fan N Star held a special event starting on April 25 for Minue. This is a global fan project to celebrate Minue's birthday.

The success of the surprise birthday project for Minue is determined based on the number of "Rainbow Stars" (accumulated bonus points on the website) that fans contribute. When it reaches over 20,000 Stars, a congratulatory ad will be launched.

When the number of stars reaches 55,000, a congratulatory video will be shown on the CM board at Hapjeong Station of the Seoul Subway. When 50,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory video will be shown on the Shinjuku Shin-Okubo electronic display board in Tokyo, Japan. In addition, special gifts such as Hongdae M Screen, Jamsil large digital display board, Seoul bus advertisement are also prepared.
