The weekly idol ranking website Fan N Star has been holding a special event for Seventeen Hoshi since May 9. This is a global project held in many places by fans to celebrate Hoshi's birthday on June 15.
The success of Hyunjoong's surprise birthday project is determined based on the number of "Rainbow Stars" (reward points accumulated on the website) that fans contribute. The more rainbow stars, the more places the advertisement will appear.
When the number of stars reaches 55,000, a congratulatory video will be shown on the CM board at Hapjeong Station of the Seoul Subway. When 50,000 stars are collected, a congratulatory video will be shown on the Shinjuku Shin-Okubo electronic display board in Tokyo, Japan. In addition, special gifts such as Hongdae M Screen, Jamsil large digital display board, Seoul bus advertisement are also prepared.
The event will last until June 1, and fans can participate through the 'ADs.' section on the 'Fan N Star' website.
