[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] Girl group TWICE will be returning with a regular album after nearly 3 years and 8 months.
On May 21, management company JYP Entertainment announced, "TWICE will release their 4th regular album ‘THIS IS FOR’ on July 11." This is the group's first regular album since the album ‘Formula of Love: O+T=<3’ released in November 2021.
Previously, on the 19th, JYP "teased" the new album with a trailer on official social media channels, revealing TWICE's comeback with the keyword "FOUR". The video was filmed in one-take, focusing on all nine members, raising fans' curiosity. On the 21st, the group continued to announce the album name, release date, and cover photo online, raising expectations even higher.
The online cover photo attracted attention with a close-up of a finger decorated with gorgeous nail art placed on the lips with the words 'THIS IS FOR', arousing curiosity about the group's music concept and image this time.
Along with the release of the album in July, TWICE will also participate in international music festivals, making this summer more exciting. The group will take on the role of headliner at Lollapalooza Chicago, a large-scale music festival held on August 2 in Grant Park, Chicago, Illinois (local time). TWICE will continue to affirm their position as a "stadium artist" in the international arena.
