
Singer Lim Young-woong’s fan club, ″Woongwoong Sidae″ (″Space Travel Room″), donated 11,766,745 won to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation to commemorate the singer’s 9th debut anniversary. The donation was made on July 31st, and the fan club decided to make this donation in recognition of Lim Young-woong’s positive influence. ″Woongwoong Sidae″ (″Space Travel Room″) was formed five years ago as a music study group and currently has 33 active members.
The fan club stated, ″We hope that this donation, made with the unwavering support of all members, will be of some small help to children with cancer. We will continue to create a warmer world together with Lim Young-woong.″ Hong Seung-yoon, Executive Director of the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, stated, ″We are always grateful for the tireless efforts of Lim Young-woong’s fans to help children with cancer. We will use your donations to cover the treatment costs for children suffering from pediatric cancer, leukemia, and rare and incurable diseases.″
This donation is part of Lim Young-woong and his fan club, Youngwoongsidae,’s ongoing commitment to positive influence. Recently, Lim Young-woong donated 200 million won to the Community Chest of Korea, under the name of his fan club, Youngwoongsidae, to help victims and local communities affected by torrential rains. The fan club is participating in this act of giving, continuing Lim Young-woong’s positive influence.
