
The group Tomorrow x Together has once again proven their presence in the global music market. According to a chart preview article released by Billboard, an American music publication, on August 4th, Tomorrow x Together’s fourth full-length album, ″The Star Chapter: TOGETHER,″ ranked third on the Billboard 200, the main album chart, as of August 9th. The album sold 62,000 copies and recorded 3,000 SEA unit sales, which translates to streaming.
Including their new album, Tomorrow x Together has placed a total of nine Korean albums and three Japanese albums on the Billboard 200. Notably, they have placed seven consecutive Korean albums in the top five of the Billboard 200, following ″Chaos Chapter: FREEZE″ (#5) in 2021, ″minisode 2: Thursday’s Child″ (#4) in 2022, ″The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION″ (#1) and ″The Name Chapter: FREEFALL″ (#3) in 2023, ″minisode 3: TOMORROW″ (#3) in 2024, and ″The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY″ (#2).
″The Star Chapter: TOGETHER″ is the final chapter of the ″The Star Chapter″ series, following its predecessor, ″The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY.″ It tells the story of saving each other and the world through ″calling each other’s names,″ something that can only be achieved through genuine empathy. The album’s narrative, visuals that visualize it, and immersive performances have been acclaimed by music fans worldwide.
The new album also garnered attention on major European charts. It charted at number 39 on the UK Official Charts’ ″Album Downloads″ section as of August 1st, remaining on the chart for two consecutive weeks. It also reached number 9 on the ″Top 100 Albums″ section of the Offizielle Deutsche Charts, Germany’s official music chart, as of August 1st.
Meanwhile, TXT will kick off their fourth world tour, ″TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR,″ at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on August 22nd and 23rd.
