BTS’s V recently visited the military unit where he was discharged, generating excitement among fans and fellow soldiers. Despite a busy schedule in the United States, V made the trip to celebrate the discharge of his successor, with whom he had formed a close bond during his service.
On the 28th, V shared a group photo from the unit on Weverse, captioning it, ″My successor was discharged today.″ This image served as key evidence of his visit. He also posted a photo with a young girl near the unit, much to the delight of his fans.
In the photo, V sported longer hair and sunglasses, presenting a different look compared to his appearance at the discharge ceremony on June 10th. He radiated the charisma of a global star, and his patriotism was evident in a group shot taken in front of the barracks of the Capital Defense Command SDT unit where he served.
Currently, the BTS members are living together in the United States as they prepare for a comeback and world tour next year. They frequently travel between Korea and other countries to rest when their individual schedules permit. Recently, RM, J-Hope, and Suga made a surprise trip to Korea to attend the wedding of a longtime staff member, with RM serving as the MC and celebrating the union of an acquaintance.
All seven members of BTS have completed their military service and are now based in the United States, where they are free to engage in individual projects.
