BTS’s V shared insights into his personal belongings for the first time, offering updates since his military discharge. In a video released by W Korea magazine, titled ″First Look! V’s ’real’ favorite items he brought all the way to Paris,″ he also reflected on an emotional moment at J-Hope’s concert.

V introduced his headset as the first item from his bag, explaining that he listens to music during workouts, outings, sleep, and even while flying. He specifically mentioned enjoying ″Yonezu Genshi″ in the mornings, a song performed live by his close friend, actor Park Hyung-sik. He also showcased a strap, indicating he had prepared equipment for safe exercise.

Discussing his workout routine, V shared, ″I used to split it into three parts, but I switched to two.″ He noted that he maintained a consistent workout schedule during his military service, stating, ″If I missed it, I’d work out six days a week. Now that I’m discharged, I don’t have much time, so I’m trying to stay healthy and exercise regularly whenever I can.″ When asked about his lifting capacity, he confidently remarked, ″The personal trainers who help me are so big, they train me very hard. So, I think I can lift a lot of weight for my body weight.″

V also opened up about his struggle with insomnia and the nutritional supplements he takes to combat it. He recalled, ″When I was serving in the military, I slept really well when lights out at 10 p.m. But after being discharged and given more freedom, I started sleeping late again. If I re-enlisted and told them to go to bed at 10 p.m., I think I’d be fine. Now that I’m out in society, I think I’m just trying to avoid sleep.″ He humorously described his pre-sleep routine, saying, ″I close my eyes and try not to think about anything, but a lot of random thoughts come up. I even think about things like, ’What would it be like if a rhinoceros pierced my heart? Would I die in a second? Would I last 10 seconds?’″

On the topic of fragrance, V shared, ″I’ve used body lotion every day since middle school, but I don’t like the way scents mix.″ He displayed a playful side while introducing his sunglasses, and when he pulled out his iPad, he showed a drawing of a donkey on the desktop, saying, ″I like it because it looks like me.″ He added, ″I keep my iPad on the table when I eat, and I watch a lot of OTT content. I watch everything.″

V also reflected on attending Jin and J-Hope’s concerts, admitting, ″I cried at Hobi’s concert. I shed tears by myself.″ He expressed his emotions further, saying, ″I got emotional when I sang with Jungkook, but I was too embarrassed to say anything.″
