This donation will help cover surgical and treatment costs for underprivileged children and adolescents facing financial challenges, as well as support programs that provide psychological assistance.
In his remarks about the donation, Changbin expressed gratitude for the love of his fans and emphasized his desire to offer hope to children on his special day. He hopes that his contribution will aid in their recovery and promote healthy growth, clearly reflecting the intention behind his generous act.
A representative from Samsung Medical Center acknowledged Changbin’s kindness, stating that his donation will greatly benefit the children and their families. The hospital assured that the funds will be used responsibly for treatment and recovery.
Changbin continues to make a positive impact through his charitable efforts. Alongside his fellow Stray Kids members, he previously donated to Hope Bridge (National Disaster Relief Association) and World Vision to assist recovery efforts after wildfires in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk in 2025. Additionally, in 2023, he supported the international relief organization ″The Promise″ for emergency relief following the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, earning him a place in the ″Honors Club.″
