MCs Kim Dae-ho and Jang Min-ho are set to join forces for ″Unknown Legend.″ They will host MBN’s ″Unknown Legend - Trot Men’s Ranking Wars,″ scheduled to air in February next year. This marks Kim Dae-ho’s first venture as a host after participating in the MBC announcer audition show ″Our Sunday Night - Rookie Employee.″

In a teaser video, Kim Dae-ho expressed his desire to bring a fresh approach to hosting, distinct from his seniors Jeon Hyun-moo, Kim Sung-joo, and Shin Dong-yup. He shared, ″I hope we can laugh and cry together,″ emphasizing the importance of giving his all from the very first round. ″If I don’t give it my all from the first round, there’s no next time. Aren’t you going to turn your life around? How long are you going to remain unknown?″ he challenged.

Jang Min-ho is equally committed to uncovering talented, undiscovered singers. After debuting in 1997 with the group ″Ubis,″ he spent nearly 24 years in relative obscurity before gaining recognition through TV Chosun’s audition show ″Mr. Trot.″ During a preliminary meeting, Jang Min-ho stated, ″Being the MC for ’Unknown Legend’ is a position that suits me. I’m very ambitious.″ He added, ″I want to be part of the process of discovering a diamond in the rough and turning it into a gem. I hope ’Unknown Legend’ will become a platform for new opportunities.″

″Unknown Legend″ aims to provide a stage for unknown singers and is currently accepting applications until the 15th. Any male who has a passion for trot music is eligible to apply, with a second round of applications open until October 10th.
