Isul Lee shares a meaningful confession after her health checkup.

Comedian Park Sung-kwang’s wife, Lee So-yi, recently shared her anxiety regarding her health checkup results. On the 12th, she took to Instagram to reveal, ″Last week, I received the worst results since my regular checkup.″ She reflected on how the numbers held significant weight for her, stating, ″This summer, which I’ve been enjoying more than ever, felt like a deep scar.″

The results left Lee So-yi feeling lethargic for an entire week. She recounted, ″Today, I braced myself for a nervous visit, and they told me, ’Even if my cancer antigen levels are elevated, they’re within the normal range, so there’s no problem. Furthermore, they’re in the low range, and all my numbers were 100.’″ Overwhelmed with emotion, she noted that tears filled her eyes upon hearing this news.

″All the strength left my legs, and I sat there for a while,″ she shared. ″I felt a sense of liberation, as if I’d been freed from fear, and the world seemed clear, as if I’d turned my hand over.″ Lee So-yi admitted, ″Life, swayed by these ups and downs, day after day, is actually a bit tiring. I really miss the old me, who used to be so determined and focused.″

She described the past week as particularly heavy, feeling that there was no right answer for every choice, only responsibility. However, now that she feels a bit lighter, she expressed her fears of being alone. ″I’ve decided to become more flexible, more determined, and more composed. I’ll work hard for another six months, hoping that one day I’ll be able to do that,″ she said.

Lee So-yi married Park Sung-kwang in 2020 and gained public recognition after appearing with him on the SBS variety show ″Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny.″ She recently opened up about her battle with gynecological cancer, sharing, ″I completed surgery and chemotherapy about three years ago under the protection of my family. I’ve been diagnosed with no cancer cells in my body and am currently undergoing regular checkups. I believe I’m healthy, but I’m still taking chemotherapy, and the professors have advised me to be vigilant and cautious.″

In her social media post, Lee So-yi candidly expressed her concerns and hopes for her health. Drawing from her experiences, she vowed to maintain a positive outlook on life.
