Nearly 10,000 fans applied to attend the KBS 2TV music variety show ″Immortal Songs: Lim Young-woong and Friends Special.″ While Lim Young-woong previously appeared on ″Immortal Songs″ in May 2020 during the ″Songhae Song Festival Special,″ this will be his first solo special under his own name.

Around 9,000 applications were submitted through the KBS Immortal Songs official website and app over five days, from the opening of the judges’ panel on the 8th to the application deadline at midnight on the 14th.
