Behind-the-scenes footage from singer and actor Cha Eun-woo’s final photoshoot before his military enlistment has been released. On August 16th, Esquire Korea’s official YouTube channel shared a video titled ″Cha Eun-woo’s Documentary on His Beauty Before Military Enlistment.″ The video showcases Cha Eun-woo displaying his striking looks in various outfits.

Esquire highlighted that this video captures Cha Eun-woo’s last schedule before enlisting in the military. It was a special moment, marking his final photoshoot and interview in his 20s. In the video, he shared his honest thoughts, from his haircut to his aspirations, inviting viewers to enjoy the documentary.

Cha Eun-woo discussed the distinction between his stage name and his real name, Lee Dong-min. He remarked, ″If I can do my hair and makeup, I’m Cha Eun-woo. If I can’t, I’m Lee Dong-min.″ He explained his decision to cut his hair during the shoot, stating, ″It was my original idea. I thought it would be nice to have the last photos of my 20s with short hair. I wanted to capture that feeling, so I cut it. But it still didn’t really feel real. I just had fun shooting it.″

Cha Eun-woo enlisted in the Army on July 28th and is currently serving as a company commander trainee in the 1st Platoon, 5th Company, 2nd Training Company, 25th Training Regiment. After completing basic military training, he will continue his service in the Army Band.

Four days before his enlistment, on July 24th, Cha Eun-woo connected with fans through the fan communication platform Fromm. He expressed, ″I’ve been doing well, meeting people I’m grateful for. I also miss Loha (Astro’s fandom name). That’s why I came here.″ He added, ″I’ll miss you a lot. It still doesn’t feel real.″

He continued, ″But don’t forget, I have an album, movie, and drama coming out. I’ll go and improve myself and come back. There are so many things I want to try. So, let’s not be depressed. When you watch the album, movie, and drama, you’ll be like, ’Oh, Eun-woo’s in it?’″ Cha Eun-woo emphasized, ″I’ve prepared all three of them incredibly well. But I’ll miss you so much. I think I’ll miss you. Anyway, I love you. Thank you.″ He expressed his gratitude to his fans.

Cha Eun-woo is currently awaiting the release of the Netflix series ″The Wonderfuls″ and the movie ″First Ride.″
