
BLACKPINK’s Rosé has secured the top spot in the girl group individual brand reputation rankings for August 2025. Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Enterprise Reputation Research Institute, noted that the analysis of brand big data revealed Rosé’s outstanding performance.
The analysis covered data from July 17, 2025, to August 17, 2025, extracting a total of 99,917,582 data items from 725 girl group individual brands. The evaluation was based on several indices, including participation, media presence, communication, and community engagement.
Link analysis highlighted frequently mentioned words such as ″record,″ ″celebrate,″ and ″prove.″ Additionally, keyword analysis identified ″jump,″ ″apartment,″ and ″billboard″ as significant terms. The positivity/negativity ratio showed an impressive 93.42% positive response rate among consumers.
In the August 2025 rankings, BLACKPINK’s Rosé took first place, followed by Ive’s Jang Won-young in second, BLACKPINK’s Jennie in third, and Ive’s Ahn Yu-jin in fourth. Aespa’s Winter ranked fifth, with BLACKPINK’s Lisa in sixth, Red Velvet’s Joy in seventh, and Ive’s Liz in eighth. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Ive’s Ray rounded out the top ten.
Further down the list, Red Velvet’s Seulgi placed 11th, aespa’s Giselle 12th, cignature’s Jiwon 13th, and Red Velvet’s Irene 14th. Aespa’s Ningning ranked 15th, followed by Red Velvet’s Wendy in 16th, Seraphim’s Kim Chae-won in 17th, and Nmix’s Seol Yoon in 18th. Oh My Girl’s Arin and TWICE’s Jeongyeon completed the top twenty.
The rankings continued with TWICE’s Jihyo in 21st, Oh My Girl’s YooA in 22nd, Ive’s Gaeul in 23rd, and TWICE’s Mina in 24th. Red Velvet’s Yeri was 25th, followed by Ive’s Lee Seo in 26th, TWICE’s Dahyun in 27th, EXID’s Hani in 28th, ITZY’s Yuna in 29th, and TWICE’s Chaeyoung in 30th.
These results reflect the brand awareness and consumer preferences for individual girl group members, indicating a growing interest in their future activities.
