First Mini Album "From JOY, with Love" Released on the 18th

[The Fact | Reporter Jeong Byeong-geun] Girl group Red Velvet's Joy presented a highlight medley of her new album using a unique "omniscient cat's perspective."

Joy released a highlight clip from her first mini-album "From JOY, with Love" on the Red Velvet YouTube channel and other platforms on the 14th. The highlight clip, which previews a selection of the album's six tracks, unfolds a colorful scene, fitting the mood of each song, from the perspective of a cat freely wandering the neighborhood.

The video begins with the pop dance track "Get Up And Dance," written exclusively by Joy, followed by the French-inspired "La Vie En Bleu," the breezy summer vibe of "Scent of Green," the lyrical ballad "Cuddle," the waltz-based pop ballad "Unwritten Page," also written by Joy, and finally the refreshing summer song, the title track "Love Splash!"

Joy has been garnering much attention since the 7th by releasing teaser images and mood clips depicting four different love stories through Red Velvet's official social media: the playful "Playful Love," "Friendship Love," "Self Love," and the heart-fluttering "Romantic Love."

Having heightened anticipation with a highlight medley, Joy will release the full track list for her first mini-album, "From JOY, with Love," on the 18th at 6 PM (KST).
