
TXT continues to demonstrate their strong presence in the Japanese music market. According to Japan’s Oricon, their fourth full-length album, ″The Dream Chapter: TOGETHER,″ has reached the top of the weekly album ranking for the week of August 25th, based on sales from August 11-17. The album achieved remarkable success in its first week, selling 304,000 copies, marking the highest weekly sales in the group’s history. Even after their official promotions ended, TXT reclaimed the top position just three weeks later, highlighting their lasting appeal.
The group first secured the No. 1 spot on the Oricon Weekly Albums chart in 2020 with ″The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY.″ To date, TXT has had a total of 12 albums reach the top of the chart. Starting with ″minisode 2: Thursday’s Child″ in 2022, they became the international artist with the most consecutive No. 1 albums, consistently breaking records with each comeback.
TXT is set to launch their fourth world tour, ″TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR - ACT: TOMORROW,″ at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on September 22nd and 23rd. Following their Seoul shows, they will perform in San Jose starting September 9th, with a total of nine shows across seven cities in the United States, followed by six shows in three cities in Japan. This tour will provide them with the opportunity to connect with fans globally.
