Singer Choi Suho has made a generous donation to Seoul National University Children’s Hospital for the second consecutive year. On August 18th, Choi Suho, together with his official fan club Subangsa, donated 19,492,018 won to the hospital. Last year, they contributed 22,989,894 won, bringing the total donations over the past two years to 42,481,912 won.

This year, Subangsa organized a donation campaign in celebration of Choi Suho’s birthday on July 1st. Choi Suho actively participated, helping to raise approximately 19.5 million won through contributions from fans. The funds will be allocated to cover medical expenses for underprivileged pediatric patients.

In a statement through his agency, Pogo Entertainment, Choi Suho expressed his happiness about collaborating with his fans for this cause again. He emphasized his commitment to continuing meaningful charitable work in the future. In addition to their recent donation, Subangsa contributed 3 million won to the ″Jusarang Community Baby Box″ in 2023 and provided 2,400 briquettes to the ″Love Coal Briquette Sharing Daegu Branch,″ assisting neighbors in need of heating during winter.

Last year, Subangsa donated 2,500 briquettes and volunteered to deliver them. They also contributed 5 million won to Goheung County in South Jeolla Province, the hometown of Choi Suho’s father, and participated in a cleanup effort during the Goheung Yuja Festival. Their charitable efforts extended to donating sanitary pads and daily necessities to underprivileged women at the end of the year.

Currently, Choi Suho is engaging with fans nationwide through the ″2025 Active King of Singers 2 National Tour Concert.″ His donations, along with the ongoing social contributions from his fan club, are positively impacting local communities. It seems that Choi Suho and Subangsa’s commitment to philanthropy will continue in the future.
