
Lim Young-woong’s fan club, ″Laon,″ recently celebrated its 50th meal service at ″Rodem’s House″ in Yangpyeong on August 16th. The event included a donation totaling 2,330,000 won, aimed at supporting children with severe disabilities residing at the facility. ″Laon″ regularly provides monthly meal expenses and various essential items to these children.
In honor of Lim Young-woong’s 9th debut anniversary, volunteers prepared a special menu featuring dishes such as beef seaweed soup, bulgogi, mini pork cutlets, fish cake and omelet rolls, stir-fried sausages, zucchini pancakes, and stir-fried mushrooms, all made with premium Korean beef. They also delivered commemorative rice cakes and a variety of snacks, including candy, cookies, milk, juice, and bread. Additionally, they provided fresh fruit like bananas, peaches, Shine Muscat grapes, and oranges, along with 22kg of Korean beef.

The ″Laon Volunteer Sharing Room″ engages in monthly volunteer work in underprivileged areas. For 51 months, they have provided meal services and financial support to disadvantaged youth through various initiatives, including Rodem’s House, Jjokbangchon, Yongsan Box Village, the Seoul Children’s Welfare Association, and ″People Selling Hope.″ They have also supported severely ill children at the Seoul National University Children’s Hospital, with cumulative donations from these efforts reaching 180,720,000 won.
Laon’s ongoing volunteer activities have made a significant positive impact on the local community. The fan club’s commitment to voluntary donations and their spirit of service continue to shine, as they plan to expand their support for children with severe disabilities and underprivileged neighbors.
