The group has gained international recognition, becoming the first K-pop group to perform at ″AXE Ceremonia,″ a leading festival in Latin America, in April.
In addition to their performance at ″AXE Ceremonia,″ TXT took the stage at Lollapalooza Chicago, the largest music festival in the United States, twice in 2022 and 2023. In 2023, they made history as the first K-pop group to headline the event.
Their fifth mini-album, ″The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,″ released in 2023, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, Billboard’s main album chart, and set a record by remaining on the chart for 19 consecutive weeks. Their fourth full-length album, ″Star Chapter: Together,″ released in July, also reached number three on the Billboard 200, maintaining that position for three weeks.
TXT will continue their second world tour in Seoul at Gocheok Sky Dome on the 23rd. Following this concert, they will perform in seven cities across the US and three in Japan, starting in San Jose on September 9th.
In addition to TXT, Big Hit Music represents artists such as Lee Hyun, BTS, and the recently debuted rookie group Kortis. Each of these artists is playing a role in the global expansion of K-pop through their individual activities.
