BTS’s RM is currently working on a new album in Los Angeles. He recently shared insights into his daily life on the official fan platform Weverse, noting that it has been just over two months since his military discharge. RM mentioned, ″I’m living, working, and playing with the members in faraway Los Angeles.″

Reflecting on his time in Los Angeles, RM said, ″I’ve had a lot of time to think since I came here.″ He described his daily routine, which includes waking up at 10 a.m., exercising, eating, and starting work at 1 p.m. He typically returns home between 8 and 9 p.m. After work, he enjoys spending time alone on the terrace of his rented house, contemplating the past, present, and future.

He expressed some concerns about his ego, stating, ″I can’t really grasp anything. I don’t laugh or cry. I just run and see every day.″ RM elaborated, ″They say the ego is an illusion, and I thought maybe our team is like that too,″ suggesting that it is not a fixed entity but something that evolves daily.

RM conveyed that in their hearts, ″BTS″ represents a different color of paper, signifying the unique meanings it holds for each member. He admitted, ″I honestly don’t know what it is anymore, or what it was, but I’m going to dedicate myself to this very moment of creating something ’together’ with these guys, even at the age of 30, and be grateful for it.″

In closing, RM shared his thoughts on the upcoming album, saying, ″I’m still trying to figure out what our next album will be, but I’m writing this with the hope that what I’ve long forgotten—the moments we spent together in this faraway place—will become a source of beauty.″ He added, ″It’s been a long time. But when we meet again, we’ll wonder when it all happened. It’ll fly away soon. Until then, I’ll do my best.″
