Young-cheol revealed, ″I underwent intubation surgery, but I don’t remember it. I believe I was in critical condition at that time.″ Reflecting on his hospital stay, he noted, ″I experienced a lot of mental anguish, and people were surprised to see I had lost weight since my appearance on ’I’m Solo.’ I weighed around 105 kg when I was hospitalized, but I’ve lost an astonishing 30 kg.″

He disclosed that he suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage and a cerebral infarction. ″I can’t go into detail, but I never expected it to hit me so suddenly. It came without warning,″ he explained. Young-cheol recounted his challenging hospital experience, stating, ″They inserted numerous needles, placed me in the intensive care unit, and asked me to sign a body waiver. My family opposed it, so I didn’t.″

After being discharged from the hospital in late February, Young-cheol was readmitted in early March. He mentioned, ″I had to go back to the hospital because getting up from the sofa was incredibly difficult. I needed to return to work in April, which worried me since I work in manufacturing and have to stand all the time.″

Young-cheol appeared on a special edition of ″I’m Solo″ for singles who have never been in a relationship. Following his appearance, his whereabouts became unknown, leading to rumors of his disappearance and even death. Recently, he underwent a neck tube procedure and lost a significant amount of weight, raising concerns among his fans.
