Super Junior’s world tour ″Super Show 10″ concluded successfully on August 24 at the KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, attracting a total of 30,000 attendees over three days. As pioneers of the K-pop Hallyu wave, the group drew a significant number of international fans, including many from China.

The concert kicked off with their debut track ″Twins,″ followed by performances of ″U,″ ″It’s You,″ ″Black Suit,″ and ″MAMACITA.″ Kyuhyun shared his dedication to the event, stating, ″I even quit drinking for a week for this performance.″ The audience responded enthusiastically to songs like ″Superman,″ ″There’s No One Like You,″ ″Pajama Party,″ ″Rokkuger!!!,″ and ″Miinah.″ During ″From You,″ members engaged directly with fans, descending into the audience to greet them.

The rock rendition of ″Sorry Sorry″ elicited the loudest cheers, with fireworks and dazzling lights synchronized to the music, enhancing the concert’s vibrant atmosphere. Following the performance of ″Don Don,″ fans celebrated Ryeowook’s birthday by singing along. Ryeowook expressed his gratitude, saying, ″I was born today to meet you all,″ reinforcing his bond with the audience.

Each member took on unique roles during the concert. Eunhyuk directed the performance, Shindong managed the VCR, Leeteuk orchestrated audience interaction, Yesung contributed styling ideas, and Heechul played instruments. The concert on the 22nd was broadcast live in 14 theaters across Japan, the UK, and other regions, while the shows on the 23rd and 24th were livestreamed online through Beyond Live and Weverse.

During the concert, Kyuhyun sprained his ankle. A representative from SM Entertainment noted, ″His muscles were in shock. Kyuhyun’s determination to participate was so strong that he continued with the remaining stages without dancing.″ On stage, Kyuhyun reassured fans, saying, ″I’m sorry I couldn’t show you all the dance and live performances today. I hope to show you my stage again in Seoul, no matter what.″ He plans to undergo a medical checkup after the concert.

Heechul mentioned that he had intended to stop appearing on variety shows for this performance, saying, ″I’ve been living as an entertainer, so I’ve forgotten my idol mode, but I wanted to dedicate everything to this 20th anniversary performance.″ Leeteuk emphasized that ″Super Junior is still a work in progress,″ highlighting the group’s commitment to ongoing activities.

Leeteuk reflected on the 2007 car accident as the group’s most significant crisis. He recalled, ″When I heard the news about Kyuhyun’s accident, I hugged him in the bathroom and cried.″ The accident left Kyuhyun unconscious for four days, with fractured ribs, and also involved Shindong, Leeteuk, and Eunhyuk being hospitalized. Kyuhyun humorously noted, ″At the time, the members said, ’No matter how difficult it is, we’ll endure it,’ but in the end, we couldn’t.″

The concert spanned four hours, featuring songs like ″Marry U,″ ″Happiness,″ and an encore. Super Junior performed over 30 songs, with Shindong joking, ″I suddenly felt a tingle in my back at the end of the performance,″ and adding, ″Thanks to your love, we exist.″ Leeteuk remarked, ″There were many happy moments and many sad moments. We exist today because we spent all those times with our fans.″

Reflecting on their 20-year history since debuting in 2005, Super Junior shared their future plans. Kyuhyun expressed his initial concerns about filling the venue, saying, ″When we first secured the venue, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to fill it, but I’m grateful that they filled every seat, even the ones with limited visibility, for three days. I’m confident we can go all the way to our 30th anniversary.″ Ryeowook added, ″Thank you for coming together to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I’ve been hoping to perform until Super Show 11, and I think that dream will soon come true.″ Eunhyuk concluded, ″We will continue our tour in 16 cities with 24 concerts until March next year, meeting with 300,000 audiences.″
