
BTS has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 1 billion streams on Spotify. Big Hit Music announced that the song ″FAKE LOVE″ has achieved this remarkable feat. Released in May 2018 as the title track of BTS’s third studio album, ″LOVE YOURSELF 轉 Tear,″ ″FAKE LOVE″ is now the fifth song by BTS to reach over 1 billion streams.
Upon its release, ″FAKE LOVE″ peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 42 on the UK Official Singles Chart. Additionally, the album made history as the first by a Korean artist to top the Billboard 200.
Jungkook has also marked a new achievement. As of the 24th, his solo single ″3D″ featuring Jack Harlow has surpassed 1 billion cumulative streams. With this accomplishment, Jungkook now has four songs with over 1 billion streams, including ″Seven″ featuring Latto, ″Standing Next to You,″ and ″Left and Right,″ where he is featured.
BTS previously reached 2 billion streams on Spotify with their hit ″Dynamite.″ Currently, a total of 127 BTS tracks have garnered over 100 million streams, further solidifying their influence in the global music market.
