Yoon Kye-sang reaffirms acting skills with rugby drama... Joo Ga-ram receives praise

The SBS drama "Try: We Become Miracles" ended on the 30th. This drama, centered on the unpopular sport of rugby, depicted the journey of director Joo Ga-ram and the Hanyang Physical Education High School rugby team toward winning the National Sports Festival. Through the unpredictable and eccentric director Joo Ga-ram (Yoon Kye-sang) and the perennial last-place team's challenges, the drama delivered moving moments to the audience.

The Hanyang Physical Education High School rugby team won the National Sports Festival in the climax of the drama. The efforts of Joo Ga-ram and the rugby team bore fruit, and Bae Ji (Lim Se-mi) hugged Joo Ga-ram, saying, "You did so well." Joo Ga-ram gave Bae Ji a ring and said, "I love you," to which Bae Ji responded with a kiss. This scene emphasized the drama's emotional conclusion, and Joo Ga-ram once again moved forward toward victory as a director.

"Try: We Become Miracles" established itself as another successful work following previous sports dramas "Stove League" and "Racket Boys." The drama recorded viewership ratings of 4–6% and received much love from the first episode through the 11th. Its touching message and the passionate performances of the actors elicited positive responses from viewers.

This drama did not focus solely on the outcome of the competition but delivered a meaningful message through the depiction of youth overcoming hardships and rising again. The positive changes in the characters moved viewers, and Joo Ga-ram's portrayal of a "real adult" shown to his juniors received particular attention. He sincerely expressed his feelings to the juniors, hoping they would live better lives than his own.

Yoon Kye-sang expressed both humor and warmth through the character of Joo Ga-ram, demonstrating stable acting skills. Although the drama focused on rugby, an unpopular sport, it radiated a strong presence and attracted much attention. Not only rugby enthusiasts but also those who had no interest in the sport became captivated by the drama's charm.

"Try: We Become Miracles" once again demonstrated the potential of the sports drama genre and succeeded in delivering profound emotion to viewers. It was an opportunity to reaffirm Yoon Kye-sang's wide acting spectrum, and the drama itself remained a meaningful work. The production was praised for capturing the 20–49 age demographic with a brilliant growth narrative that inspired support and empathy.

As a result, despite being a drama centered on rugby, "Try: We Become Miracles" successfully concluded its broadcast, giving many people inspiration and hope.
